Kristin McFarland
Founder/CEO
Kristin founded The Source Marketing Group in 2018. Prior to founding her own agency, she ran marketing for Fortune 200 and SaaS companies in over 29 states and globally. She directed over 200 field marketing events in one decade, providing her with the experience to turn digital marketing and events into a revenue generating machine.
Now, she runs a cannabis and craft beer marketing agency focused on top-of-the-line WordPress websites, email marketing and automations that actually make money, and of course, special events. What’s the beer and cannabis community without the great people to enjoy it with?!
Outside of the office, she is committed to serving her community by volunteering for local non-profits and special events such as the Great American Beer Festival, World Beer Cup, and Arise Music Festival.

Marie Struckman
VP of Operations
Marie Struckman is a passionate, dedicated Agile professional with over 20 years of technology experience in both agile and waterfall software deliveries. Her diverse experience provides a versatile blend of project management, agile methodologies, partner management, business development, process development and product development in cross-functional settings. Marie has demonstrated proven success in program delivery with partners such as Microsoft, Yahoo and Google. She has strong interpersonal skills that include team building, collaborating, and mentoring. Along with engineering program management, she also has experience as an event operations manager who can identify risk management needs, manage partners, craft safety plans, and develop documentation to outline critical event roles and goals prior to each event.
Marie takes a creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view. She loves cross functional collaboration. With an engineering background, Marie can serve as a liaison between the technical and non-technical folks involved in a project.
In her spare time, you’ll find Marie pursuing her passion for events – Marie volunteers as one of the organizers for the Mile High Agile Conference and is the president of her HOA board. She also consults for the Brewers Association as the Competition Results Team manager for the Great American Beer Festival Competition and the World Beer Competition. Free time activities include long walks, hiking, reading, trying new beers with friends and hanging out with family.
Sangeeta Jukar
Event Director
Sangeeta Jukar has been planning and coordinating various events in her personal life and work life for over nine years. It is her passion to plan and coordinate events and make it memorable for the host and the guests. She thrives on human engagement and she absolutely enjoys talking to people, getting to know them and helping them in any way she can.
She migrated to the United States of America from Mumbai, India 21 years ago. Sangeeta came to Denver to do her Masters in Computer Science and then went on to complete her MBA in Finance from the University of Denver. She has worked in the corporate world in Finance and Operations for the past 17 years and along the way she developed the passion and interest in hosting, coordinating and planning events. She started out planning several conferences at her work place and for her friends. She did this as she was extremely passionate about being an organizer, planner and facilitator. She has now decided to make it a profession.
Sangeeta is extremely organized, and has a passion to facilitate, research and offer her creative ideas and solutions to our clients. She would love to chat with you and help you out with your event. She firmly believes that the host should be able to enjoy their party/event and that’s where she steps in and makes it happen within your budget.
